Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology-related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems for lead tracking and account management
- Comfortable with warm calling and prospecting new clients
- Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
