Camelback Wealth Consultants is Hiring an Office Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain office services

· Design, implement, analyze and monitor office policies, procedures and processes

· Assist in recruitment, selection and onboarding process for new hires

· Evaluate and manage staff performance

· Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

· Manage President’s calendar in conjunction with quarterly and annual reviews to ensure fiduciary responsibility guidelines

· Manage and administer on-boarding process for new clients:

· Data collection

· Client Engagement Agreement

· Facilitate and manage all E-signature processes

· Create business reports to track growth and maintain logs for daily recording and tracking purposes

· Create a monthly growth report to monitor the number of plans per month generated and update/review on a regular basis

· Create new business reports each week to track the firm’s growth goal and make sure all assets transfer smoothly.

· Prepare, review for accuracy and process all necessary paperwork relating to new accounts, transfer of assets, account maintenance, client withdrawals, checks, etc.

· Handle address changes for clients across all systems, including Broker/Dealer, Mutual Fund Companies, Insurance, etc.

· Prepare, administer and manage life insurance/annuity application process

· Maintain policy anniversary schedule list and schedule annual reviews with Life Insurance clients

· Collaborate with President for any client meeting follow-up

· Assist with management and maintenance of CRM System (Redtail)

· Professionally and courteously handle and maintain front office/reception area

· Answer incoming calls; troubleshoot and problem-solve client and company inquiries

· Greet and build rapport with clients, wholesalers, vendors and guests who visit the office

· Other duties and assist on special projects as assigned

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle various responsibilities will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
