Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marriott Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has strong leadership skills, and can effectively manage client relationships.

Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate front desk associates to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify areas for growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a leadership role with hotels, preferably IHG.

-Excellent knowledge of FOSSE and Marriott sales processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Experience in account management, outside sales, or technology sales is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Associates degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required
