William Ryan Homes is looking for a highly self-motivated individual to become an integral member of its' Tampa office. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, precisely organized, and an excellent communicator. They will be responsible for requesting and compiling all of the required documents necessary to provide a complete and accurate Builder Start Packet for the Production Team.
Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Maintain accurate lot listings for a community and monitor the Production schedule of each property
• Request and obtain required building permits from local municipalities
• Keep complete and accurate master sets of all home blueprints and floorplan layouts
• Provide administrative support for the Production Manager and the Production department
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic technology skills including Windows, Outlook; experience with a residential production scheduling system preferred

Education/Other Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in residential homebuilding preferred
