Description
William Ryan Homes is looking for a highly self-motivated Division Office Administrator to become an integral member of the Ft. Myers Division. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, precisely organized, possesses strong attention to detail and is an excellent communicator. The candidate will assist the Division Office Manager with a variety of tasks including, but no limited to, processing new sales contracts, coordinating closings, saving/distributing documents, coding invoices for Manager approval, drafting documents, and maintaining accurate files on the company share drive and builder software.
