Our client is seeking to add an experienced BMS Controls Lead Programmer to their team. The applicant will have 5-10 years solid experience in the field.*

The Qualified applicant will have:

• Experience and knowledge of Distech/Honeywell/Schneider and programming BMS control systems
• Ability to read and analyze drawing sand schematics for BMSand controls
• Niagara experience is a must, certification is a plus
• Experience with programming, graphics, startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, as some projects require working overnight shifts
• Ability to work in various environments including outdoors in varying degrees of weather working at heights, and in small confined spaces
• A valid driver's license • High School diploma or equivalent
• Own a complete set of standard low-voltage electrician tools Willingness to travel to different project sites within the Tristate

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Troubleshoot, trace out , and list &define problems with the BAS/BMS
• Mon it or ing of the BAS/BMS via in-house computers

•Respond to normal and emergency BAS/BMS calls

• Repair and replacement of associated components • Monitoring, responding to and remediation of DDC/BMS System alarms
• Interaction

with DDC/BMS outside vendors

• Make a routine examination of the need for repairs and maintenance •

Prepares and maintains records on work performed and materialsused

• Respond to other building emergencies
• Installation and upgrades of BMS controllers

Salary range: $100k-$120K DOE
