Pro Slab, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the estimating, contract execution, and construction of new commercial projects
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans to ensure successful project completion
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, contracts, change orders, and successful project completion
  • Manage project budget, scheduling, and cost control
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors to ensure project success

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Commercial Concrete Industry
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of construction means & methods, materials, and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality product delivery
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full-Time 
  • Salary at $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience
  • Per project profit sharing.
