Here at our company, we are a rapidly growing Business Development firm specializing in individualized customer service and sales strategies to meet the needs of our clients. We are seeking a driven and professional Customer Service Specialist to assist our growing consumer base to assist in product inquiries, answering questions, and finalizing the sales process through to delivery. The Customer Service Specialist will put you at the frontline with our client’s consumers; being a people-person is a MUST!

Our Customer Service Specialist position starts entry-level, and we pride ourselves on promoting from within. Investing in our team and filling these positions internally is one of our core beliefs. Giving back to our team members who have proven successful is how we grow our business and help our Customer Service Representatives take their careers to the next level!

Daily Functions of our Customer Service Specialist:

  • Present our client’s products and services to each customer account directly according to their needs and wants
  • Utilize negotiation skills throughout the sales process with both existing and potential customers
  • Customize product recommendations to each customer to increase satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers until product/service is delivered
  • Work with other Customer Service Specialists to ensure ultimate success with current knowledge, market trends, and compliance requirements

What we are looking for in a Customer Service Specialist:

  • Customer service background and strong communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, business development, sales, or leadership role is preferred
  • A strong work ethic and drive for ultimate success
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The desire for growth and hunger for knowledge throughout the entry-level
  • Results-driven mentality
