Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our team.We are hiring for Bartender, Server, and Host. This is in preparation for the upcoming summer season, and our increased demand since opening in December.

Chelo is a Persian / Middle Eastern restaurant located in the heart of the downtown Roswell dining district. We are open for lunch and dinner (11-3pm for lunch and 4-10/11pm for dinner). Previous experience in Persian cuisine is not required. Come join Roswell's hottest new restaurant team!

The ideal candidate will have a MINIMUM of one year of experience working in a fine dining or upscale restaurant. We use Toast as our POS so experience with this is a plus, although not required. Salary

Bartenders and Servers can expect to average about $300 a night.

Host Wage varies with experience, but starts at $14.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food and drinks according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a professional and responsible demeanor in front of guests at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an upscale customer service or food service role required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
