Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with product demonstrations and promotions
- Stock shelves and ensure product availability
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and basic sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Technical sales or wireless sales experience is a plus
