Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications following prescribed instructions
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide direct support to clients in various tasks
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Support social and emotional needs of clients

Qualifications:

- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration and vital sign monitoring
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- First aid certification is a plus
- Understanding of medical systems and terminology
