Job Summary:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Partner to maintain cleanliness and organization within our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all rooms and common areas are kept tidy and sanitary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform cleaning tasks
Responsibilities:
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
- Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
- Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items
- Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
