Role : HR Professional Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned withthe overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employeerelations by addressing demands grievances or other issues. Managethe recruitment and selection process to attract hire and onboardtop talent.

Support current and future business needs through thedevelopment engagement motivation and preservation of humancapital.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system thatdrives high performance. Ensure legal compliance throughout humanresource management.

Lead diversity and inclusion efforts fosteringan open and inclusive workplace culture. Requirements : Bachelor sdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.

Indepth knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefitsrecruitment training & development etc.). Proficient levelof English to ensure effective communication within a diverseworkplace.

Strong decisionmaking skills and the ability tounderstand and balance the needs of both employees and theorganization. Ability to adapt to new environments and cultureswith a proactive approach to learning and development.

Excellentinterpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage andinspire at all levels within the organization.
