Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Follow all health and safety regulations in food preparation and service

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment is preferred
- Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Familiarity with basic culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally

Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift trays of food or beverages. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest services.
