The Order Logistics Analyst works collaboratively with Sales, Customers, and Manufacturers (OEM’s) and responsible for daily operational and strategic management of orders for customers, utilizing world class software. This person will need to thrive in delivering positive customer service while effectively multitasking across all customers.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
· Coordinate and process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
· Identify and resolve sales order issues such as pricing and part number discrepancies.
· Provide order fulfillment updates to all internal and external parties as required.
· Utilize existing tracking and reporting systems to track and monitor all services and hardware activity.
· Learn the ins and outs of our contracts to confirm compliant.
· Support accounts payable department to reconcile invoices.
· Work closely with finance, program management, delivery, and operations teams.
· Contribute to continuous improvement within the area of responsibility through data analysis and creation of metrics.
· Learn about the different technologies we offer in order to be superior in your role. We are not expecting someone to be an engineer, but definitely need someone who is technology curious.
· Ability to both lead and act as a member of a team.
· Develop and maintain new reports in systems as necessary.
· Communicate effectively over the phone and e-mail to provide order status, product and availability information.
· Investigate and resolve any order issues with internal and external customers.
· Evaluate each request to ensure it is technically and financially sound.
· Other job duties as assigned.
