Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team focused on ensuring the patient's progress and the well-being of the entire family.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of ARTS or Science degree and has either:
- Twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services; or
- Two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.
- RBT or BCAT certification within 60 days of hire
- Willingness to become certified as a BCaBA within 18 months of hire and proof of enrollment in a program within 60 days of hire
- Familiarity with Central Reach is a plus.
- Reliable mode of transportation.
- Supervisory experience.
- Enjoy interacting with children for stretches of 20 minutes.
- Physically able to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- RBT or BCAT certification preferred. If not currently certified, Learning ARTS will provide assistance in getting RBT certification.
- Willingness to become certified as a BCaBA OR BCBA within 18 months of hire and proof of enrollment in a program within 60 days of hire
Employees will also need DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Clearance, TB Clearance and Immunization records (including COVID-19) prior to starting work. Learning ARTS will assist in getting the needed clearances.
