CNC Programmer
We are a heavy Gauge Thermoforming Company. We are looking for someone to add to our Engineering Department team, who is experienced in the working knowledge of Cad/Cam software, such as Mastercam and Solidworks. Some experience in mold making and manufacturing process engineering. Position requires setting up and running Machining centers (3 & 5 axis), Assembly, fitting, polishing and venting Aluminum molds and fixtures. HAAS Machine experience a plus along with injection or structural foam mold experience,

Experience:

• Part Design – Preferably SolidWorks or Fusion
• 3 axis CNC Programming – Preferably Mastercam

Able:

• To indicate tools in the CNC
• To set up and indicate Blocks in the machine
• To read a tape measure
• Be a problem solver

Has:

• Experience with calipers and micrometers
• Attention to detail

Duties will include;

1) Input into mold design and programming.

2) Mold and Fixture Design. (Solidworks Experience?)

3) Machine Tooling Programming 3 Axis utilizing Mastercam and or Surfcam.

4) HAAS machining center setup 3 axis.

5) Venting & polishing.

6) Assembly of complete tooling including fitting or loose pieces / Slides / Cams

7) Repair and revision of molds.

8) Machine Jigs and fixtures.

9) Support Sales team.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
