We are seeking an ambitious achiever to join our team as a Sales Growth Manager and drive our success. In this role, you will engage with diverse individuals, utilize digital platforms, and create innovative strategies to attract new customers. If you are motivated by the opportunity to acquire new clients and the challenge of achieving targets, then this position is ideal for you! We are looking for independent, creative, hard-working individuals who are also team players. This role will require conducting phone calls and consistent follow-ups for creating in-person meetings.

The office is located in Wixom and is a necessity for this role. Salary up to six figures by using a tested and proven sales process of $42,000 - $60,000, plus a generous commission structure. Opportunity to make six figures by using a tested and proven sales process.

• Managing lead generation development via various channels
• Follow up with existing and potential connections to acquire new clients
• Manage all KPIs for yourself, report them, and be committed to KPI goals
• Attend all assessments and company meetings on the calendar
• Generate leads through existing sales processes
• Project a warm, inviting, and trustworthy image on the phone and in face-to-face meetings with potential clients
• Following a proven and tested process that can build up to a six-figure income

• Sales experience is a plus but will train the right candidate
• Experience with consistent and confident follow-up with connections
• Action-oriented skillset
