Our growing and busy Property Management Company is looking for an energetic and experienced Accountant with excellent attention to detail who can focus on the bottom line to keep our company profitable. We require an accounting expert who can manage all aspects of Real Estate Trust Accounting. You'll be in charge of reconciling monthly trust accounts, processing accounts payable, and production of monthly financial statements and distributions to our clients/property owners. Our ideal candidate will have 7 or more years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry, as well as a finance or accounting degree. We are looking for a career minded individual that can grow with us.
This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday to Friday. We offer full benefits including medical, dental, paid time off, a matching 401k retirement plan, and a fun work environment in an Ocean View office building just steps from the Pacific Ocean!
