Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing program development, supervising staff, and managing administrative tasks. The Associate Director will play a key role in relationship management, service delivery, and program management. Bilingual is a plus.

Duties:

- Manage and lead program development initiatives

- Supervise and support staff in day-to-day operations

- Handle administrative tasks efficiently

- Build and maintain relationships with staff, caregivers, members and families

- Manage programs for individuals with developmental disabilities

- Demonstrate expertise in budgeting and financial management

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing programs

- Strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities

- Excellent budgeting skills and experience in financial oversight

- Ability to lead and motivate staff effectively

- Proficient in program development and implementation

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
