Our client is in the market for a Service Manager. This market-leading manufacturer is looking for an experienced service manager with extensive knowledge within evaporative media removal or evaporative cooling to grow a team of engineers focusing on data center application. This role offers a route to managerial growth through continued expansion.

Work for a fast-expanding OEM that has seen a large amount of sales within data centers and other hyper-growth industries across the states. Enjoy working for a business that promotes within, with good technical training on special-purpose machinery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and direct front-line media replacement teams.
• Manage and understand collaborative requirements for media change out.
• Hire and train incoming support team members.
• Availability to be on call for site issues.
• Regularly meet with customers to understand internal policies affecting media replacement procedures.
• Set and enforce team policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required within the United States, up to 10% of the time.

Candidate Specification

• 2 years’ experience in a management position.
• Experience working with evaporative cooling or evaporative media removal and installation.
• Ability to maintain relationships with clients and remain calm under pressure.
• Intermediate working knowledge of MS Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and SAP.
• Proficient at understanding Project Management concepts and principles.
