• Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring deliverables are met
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing
• Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, providing support and guidance as needed

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
• A creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of trends
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
