Pure Home of North Florida is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. This position is Full-Time and offers WFH flexibility. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects to schedule appointments
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels
- Update and maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments
- Closely collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any inquiries about our services
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
