Duties of the Food Production Worker :
- Follows daily line assignment as directed by department lead and/or line lead.
- Uses simple tools and equipment to complete tasks.
- Loads, packs, and seals product into cases and palletizes as required.
- Performs job tasks in adherence to safety instructions and rules.
- Has the ability to function in a high paced environment and interact cordially with co-workers.
- Reports all issues and problems to Supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training.
- Reports any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition.
Requirements of the Food Production Worker :
- Ability to be reliable, on time, and dependable
- Ability to stand on feet throughout a full shift
- Work in outdoor settings in various climate conditions: Cold Warehouse (30 to 40 Degrees)
- Possess and maintain a positive attitude and demeanor with a willingness to learn and apply new skills regularly.
- Maintain a professional and respectful appearance and presence with coworkers and customers.
