Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all finance and insurance (F&I) department activities.
• Develop and implement effective financing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive finance.
• Train and mentor finance team members to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Build strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to secure favorable terms and rates for customers.
• Monitor market trends and adjust financing programs as needed to remain competitive in the market.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for dealership management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive finance management.
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance products and services.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
