Bullseye Catering Company is looking for a Lead Prep Catering Chef to grow along with our company and oversee kitchen responsibilities. Bullseye Catering is a fast-growing business in Las Vegas catering to North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a team player, who enjoys working with others and can work independently while still take direction.

This candidate should have at least 5 years of cook/chef experience. Catering chef experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working under pressure, time constraints, and in a fast paced environment. This position will range in hours depending on event schedule but will always receive full-time hours each week.

Duties of this position will include but are not limited to:

• Work alongside our Head Chef to execute events
• Preparing meals for events serving up to 2000 people
• Following recipes and prepping ingredients
• Receiving food items and organizing the kitchen inventory
• Bringing ideas to the table for seasonal, new & modern menus
• Prep under pressure and with efficiency
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

We are looking for the following qualities:

• Good knife skills
• Speed and efficiency
• Breakfast cheffing experience preferred but not necessary
• Reliable - shows up on time ready to work
• Ability to execute a prep list

This position will require you to be on your feet for hours at a time and may require you to lift up to 50 pounds. This person should also have a reliable mode of transportation to and from work.

Bullseye Catering is looking for an extremely motivated individual who will work hard and grow with our business.

We work with many celebrities, film productions, and exclusive catering. Please be able to pass a background check if necessary. This is a 'clean' kitchen with absolutely NO drug or alcohol use.

Salary begins at $34,000 annually but includes performance and event bonusus each week earning up to if not more than $45,000 annually.
