In this dynamic role, your primary objective will be to surpass monthly sales quotas by effectively acquiring accounts in a designated geographic territory. Your responsibilities will include selling products, services, and solutions through proactive methods such as prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. Utilizing solution-based selling techniques, you will analyze customer needs, showcasing the value of Georgetown Shirt Company and FKA Merch's offerings. Tailoring your recommendations to each customer, your goal will be to negotiate and successfully close business deals. KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Under the guidance of the sales manager, initiate lead generation and referrals through activities like prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Evaluate customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques to effectively showcase the value of FKA's products and services. Provide recommendations on merchandise solutions, considering factors such as price plans, designs, and additional services.
  • Execute negotiations and successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. Actively participate in training sessions focused on product and service knowledge, and attend sales meetings.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
  • Utilize sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools to their full potential.
  • Effectively manage the sales funnel and generate comprehensive reports on sales activities and forecasting.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management when needed

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment

LICENSE & CERTIFICATION

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Work authorization (Required)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

LOCATION

Company is located in Austin, TX. Reasonable commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,437.00 - $69,079.00 per year
