Job Details Job Location HQ Little Rock AR - Little Rock, AR Description Job Summary: The Division Vice President for the National Business Unit (NBU) will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee all the NBU's activities in the organization including safety, business development, sales, project management and field services. This position is responsible for defining the strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the business unit. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Key Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic direction for the business unit, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
Lead business development and sales efforts to expand the business unit's customer base, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Set and achieve financial targets and key performance indicators, including revenue and profitability.
Develop and manage the annual budget for the business unit, allocating resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and operational needs.
Monitor financial performance closely, identify variances, and take corrective action as needed to ensure financial health and profitability.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the business unit, ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal policies.
Establish and monitor operational metrics and performance standards to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and collaboration among team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the business unit, providing mentorship, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance for the national business unit's business development and project execution.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or relevant senior management experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds at times.
Travel to the various regional offices will be expected on a regular basis as determined by the Chief Operating Officer
