The Opportunity: You will organize the workflows behind our sales process, including working with our salespeople, communicating with clients, handling CRM and related tech, running reports, and being the boots on the ground for our company to bring in new leads. We’d love a smart, hungry person to take this role and, over the next few years, elevate in the sales department of our company as we continue to grow.

Who We Are: We have likely designed, manufactured and installed hundreds of signs that you have driven by throughout your time in Rhode Island. The company was established in 1946 and went under new ownership last year, which brings new energy as well. What You’ll Do:

● Strategize, architect, and manage all our sales-related operational activities/workflows.

● Stay in touch with clients so they know where their project is in the process.

● Understand how different client groups like general contractors and municipalities operate and how we can cater to their workflows, their language, and their needs

● Own the processes behind the scenes, like creating meaningful reports and making sure both our technical/automated and manual processes function effectively

Must-haves in a Candidate:

● Passion for helping others perform at their best

● Excited by the idea of keeping clients happy by juggling communication with dozens of different contacts each week

● Track record of excellent communication, organization, and decision-making

● Humility. A willingness to learn and grow

● Smarts and Grit. Willingness to learn and do the little things right

Nice to Have In a Candidate:

● Previous experience in sales or an operational role.

● Knowledge of signs, awnings, graphic design, permitting processes, or procurement.

● This is a full-time salaried job.

● Work from the office full-time, Monday to Friday, 730am - 4pm.
