We are seeking full- or part-time, dedicated and compassionate credentialed Counselors or Counselors in need of supervision for licensure to join our dynamic team. This position focuses on providing individual and group counseling services to teens and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Services: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Provide evidence-based counseling services to teens and adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and more.
Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops as needed.

Supervision and Training: If not fully licensed, participate in supervision sessions as required to meet licensure requirements. Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Communicate regularly with clients' families, caregivers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines. Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical standards, including maintaining client confidentiality.

Hybrid Schedule: Participate in a hybrid work model, balancing in-person and remote counseling sessions as appropriate based on client needs and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an LCSW, LAC, or LPC in the state of New Jersey, preferred.
• Experience working with teens and adults in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
