Embroidery Operator

Responsibilities: As an Embroidery Operator at Eagle Crest, you will:

• Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring they run efficiently and produce high-quality embroidery.
• Load and thread machines, select appropriate threads and needles, and perform routine maintenance.
• Review embroidery designs and digitized files to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor the production process to maintain consistent quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine or thread-related issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs are executed accurately.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as an embroidery operator or a similar role.
• Proficiency in operating embroidery machines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Knowledge of different embroidery techniques and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for craftsmanship and creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
