Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical aesthetics and a proven track record in sales management. This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills
• Stay informed about competitors and market trends to remain competitive in the industry

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical aesthetics or luxury spa industry

• In-depth knowledge of medical aesthetics products and treatments
