Compensation : hourly rate up to $19.50 an hour (based on experience)

Full and Part-Time Positions Available

The Role

We're looking for passionate CNAs to join our Personal Care Team. In your role, you will provide personal attention that fosters independence and confidence to our amazing residents.

Primary Job Duties :

a. Assistance with bathing

b. Assistance with oral hygiene

c. Assistance with hair grooming and shampooing, nail care

d. Assistance with dressing and with care of clothes

e. Assistance with shaving

Education and Experience Requirements :

• Current CNA New York State Certification
• One (1) year experience in long term care or personal care

Other Requirements :

• Must understand the uniqueness of personal care in that our goal is to assist where needed yet encourage independence.
• Must treat residents with kindness and respect, and in a cheerful manner.
• Completes annual compliance and HIPAA training and exhibits behavior as set forth by the Code of Compliance in the performance of their duties.
• Adheres to the Organizations Policies and Procedures regarding the Compliance Program of the organization and is timely in reporting any possible concerns.
• Follows all local, state and federal regulations as they pertain to their position.
• Adheres to the Organization’s Policies and Procedures covering Privacy and Security in Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
