JOB OVERVIEW

The Front Desk Coordinator provides a positive atmosphere in the workplace, assists clients on the phone and in-person, maintains the database, create and send mailings, and is available to aid sales in administrative tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Aid sales department in sale production
  • Answer phones, route inbound calls to specific people, take and relay phone messages, and manage multiple incoming calls
  • Maintain database
  • Run weekly sales sheets
  • File weekly sales receipts with the accounting department
  • Create and send mailers through the marketing department
  • Call leads and database contacts on a daily basis to create more business for the sales team
  • Maintain a filing system of events consistent with the office
  • Perform any reasonable tasks assigned which the associate is capable of performing
  • Address customer concerns in a proactive, positive manner
  • Assist guests as they enter and exit the building
  • Update weekly sales board
  • Attend all department meetings

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office programs and data entry skills
  • Strong communication skillsĀ 
  • Positive interpersonal skills
  • Able to operate a multiple line phone
  • Organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail
  • Able to balance many active projects at the same time
  • Possess a professional in-person and telephone demeanor at all times
  • Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to follow all safety guidelines
  • Understand and respect diversity
  • Demonstrate ethical behavior
  • Able to work 40 hours per week
