Position Summary :
Under the supervision of the New Truck Sales Manager, the New Truck Salesman is responsible for selling new equipment, revenue generation, and achieving customer satisfaction
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the sale of new trucks of all varieties in stock
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, e-mail and networking.
- Maintains detailed and accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Gathers and submits detailed business information for pricing, and presents solutions to identified prospects.
- Helps to maintain the NewTruck lot.
- Other duties as assigned
