• Possesses strong writing skills and interpersonal communication skills - is proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe CC
• Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing for the purpose of optimizing the exposure of both our communities and The Habitat Company and keep us a step ahead and a step apart from the competition
• Manage the day-to-day advertising and creative process to develop campaigns that highlight each communitys unique selling propositions and complement existing marketing collateral.
• Act as liaison between our brand and advertising partners to incorporate creative input, ensure consistent messages and negotiate pricing.
• Work closely with on-site team members to ensure paid ILS channels are producing the desired results for our communities
• Research/recommend new media channels, trends in the industry and/or resources that allow our organization to take advantage of programs or services that drive demand and differentiate our communities.
• Work with onsite team to ensure community websites are up to date/have fresh content for the Habitat portfolio and Habitat.com.
• Assist in the development and execution of external and internal messaging strategies for the Habitat portfolio.
• Oversee and coordinate the development and production of promotional materials for all communities and The Habitat Company.
• Develop Marketing Budget Recommendations for Habitats Market Rate portfolio
• Monitor social media accounts for market rate properties to ensure timely & professional updates
• Manage portfolio and The Habitat Company reputation management: Copy edit review responses, ensure prompt replies
Works well independently as well as within a team structure.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Marketing or Business preferred
• Familiar with various CRM and CMS platforms preferred, but not required
• Understanding of how to read data and make data-driven decisions based upon ROI efforts
• Strong creative interest; ability to design flyers, media posts, and graphics for various properties, events, and purposes
• Manage swag programs & initiatives for The Habitat Company
• Understanding of SharePoint & web edits and additions
• Auditing property websites on a routine basis to check for accuracy & opportunities for changes / enhancements
• Quarterly marketing source audits for all market rate, mixed-income, and affordable properties in Habitats portfolio
• Ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects with competing timelines & orders of priority
• Understanding of putting together demographics reporting & data for RFPs and new properties/business for Habitat
• Management of yearly Holiday list for partners
