Description

The Powersports Parts and Accessories Sales Representative at RideZilla plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience through prompt and accurate provision of parts and accessory guidance, as well as facilitating sales transactions for both counter and departmental customers.

Location: RideZilla of Albany

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist both internal and external customers in locating powersports parts and accessories efficiently and accurately.
  • Offer additional complimentary and add-on items to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Actively work towards increasing Profit Per Customer metrics.
  • Process special orders for non-stocked items based on customer requests.
  • Keep customers informed about backorders and the receipt of special orders.
  • Input customer information and sales data into the dealer management system.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable workspace in the retail area.
  • Responsible for merchandise display and product presentation in the retail area.
  • Assist in processing and submitting vendor orders as directed by the Parts Department Manager.
  • Maintain inventory by stocking shelves according to the inventory plan.
  • Conduct weekly perpetual inventory tasks as instructed.
  • Ensure punctuality for all scheduled shifts.
  • Collect and enter email addresses into the dealer management system.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in cash drawer management.
  • Process end-of-day reports on a daily basis.

Customer Service:

  • Provide a warm and genuine greeting to every customer.
  • Inquire about customer needs and provide assistance accordingly.
  • Actively engage with each customer to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, provide information, and transfer calls using best practices.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor to foster positive customer relationships.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Basic computer skills.
