Lead Cook
Minimum 3 years experience as Lead Cook Needed

ECI Management Group is looking to hire a lead cook in Atlanta / Druid Hills area at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Roybal Campus.
Lead cook is to prepare food and cook from Scratch, able to follow recipes for our menu, making recommendations to Manager. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how operate Kitchen equipment. Under the supervision of unit manager/chef, coordinates production of hot foods, and grab n go items ensuring production, performance, procedures and finished products meet quality and sanitation standards.
You should also be able to work Monday thru Friday 630am- 230pm shifts.
No Weekends and Holidays OFF!
Pay - $18.00 per hour plus tips.
Ultimately, you'll ensure an excellent eating experience for our guests.
Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter.
• Give customers food and answer their questions regarding ingredients.
• Take orders while paying attention to details.
• Prepare food using or following recipes.
• Serve prepared foods.
• Keep the kitchen and service area clean.
• Report any maintenance needs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate customer feedback and recommend new menu items to Manager.
