*We are a metal fabrication/roofing company, seeking a professional individual capable of working in a fast paced office. This person must be punctual, energetic, and friendly. He/she must be able to multitask, due to the high flow of customers and representatives in and out of the business office. Previous experience in a construction or roofing business is preferred.*

*Job Duties:*

Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

Giving estimates based on customer provided material list.

Complete various forms in accordance with company procedures.

Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.

Maintain Customer Files. Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.

Greet visitors, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.

Stocking Inventory and pulling hardware.

Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
