EKN Engineering is a fast-growing civil engineering and technology consulting company located in Irvine, CA. We are currently looking to add a Data Entry Specialist to our outstanding team.
At EKN, Data Entry Specialists are responsible for analyzing handwritten tables, documents, and images and converting the information into digital format. The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn and is excited at the opportunity to grow within a company that is continuing to blossom in its current market space.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing digital and handwritten tables, documents, and images.
- Analyze engineering documents and verify compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Supports data exception reviews and deliver data reporting in electronic format per Customer Requirement.
- Ensure Customer data is accurately generated, tracked, and delivered in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and/or other customer contractual requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data submission forms and paperwork.
- Coordinate and communicate data exceptions with team leads and with customer data management counterparts.
- Updates data within the company's PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be accurate and accountable in completing assigned tasks
- Must be detail and process oriented
- Ability to stay on task with strong organization
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
