We are currently seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented ambitious individual to fill the following position open:

* Position: Warehouse Data Entry Specialist - Part time

Warehouse Data Entry Specialist - Irvine, CA

* Responsibility:

1) Warehouse Data Entry Specialist

• Input and maintain accurate inventory data into the warehouse management system (SAP/WMS).
• Perform data entry tasks related to receiving, shipping, and inventory management processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of incoming and outgoing shipments, including quantity and condition verification.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to reconcile inventory discrepancies and resolve data entry errors.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support inventory control and management decisions.
• Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Communicate with different departments to process their requests to take products from the inventory and record the transaction into the system.
• Provide administrative support to warehouse operations as needed.

* Requirement:

- Fluency in English and Korean preferred but not required
- 1 years of experience in data entry

- Excellent typing speed and accuracy

- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.

- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and data entry software.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.

- Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Proven knowledge of the warehousing and expertise in management procedures in compliance with the local and state regulations
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- Must have legal status working in the U.S

* Wage: Pay range for listed positions: $22 per hour
