Purpose:  To monitor network and data security against malicious breaches as well as prevent accidental errors, conduct, investigate and correct issues as they arise. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for quality control of product. Duties as follows:

• Manage the processing of Pre-Production Orders (PPOs) through the entire production process
• Perform detailed review of PPOs for accuracy and quality per client requirements
• Manages product quality through production process with periodic 100% reviews of product
• Perform/lead containment and correction on any internally identified issues before orders are shipped
• Perform daily product and process quality tests and gather metrics
• Perform basic analysis of daily testing results
• Raw material reviews, inspections, and certification testing
• Audit production processes and actively develop and implement changes for improvement
• Communicate effectively with internal customers to promote quality through the production process
• Work closely with Production Team Members and Team Leads to review and address issues discovered during processes
• Identify areas for improvement in relation to quality
• Maintain quality procedures and their integrity
• Build teams for active improvement projects
• Assist in special testing projects as required for product or process development

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years manufacturing experience
• 3-4 years quality assurance or audit background- preferred
• Printing knowledge a plus
• High attention for detail and focused individual
• Written, verbal and basic math skills (arithmetic) needed
• Has worked in fast paced environment

Education:
