The QA Technician/Sanitation Associate will monitor the preventive controls for the facility, auditing of the Cooler boxes and perform duties for sanitation as outlined in F-1734 Daily Cleaning Verification.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

• Perform inspections of finished orders for accuracy and quality and document results
• Monitor Use by Date accuracy and legibility on meals
• Perform gel pack inspections to ensure that target weights are met, and seals are intact
• Monitor compliance to sanitation and GMP requirements for all team members
• Monitor and document room temperatures throughout the facility as assigned by management
• Monitor and document temperatures of meals
• Assist with Data Logger Program as necessary
• Ability to accurately complete all required documentation
• Maintain authority to stop the line from running if the process is causing a food safety concern
• Maintain authority to place product on QA Hold
• Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness of their workstation
• Complete the tasks in the Daily Cleaning Verification, F-1734
