Summary & Qualifications

This junior administrative position will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. Your will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Junior Administration Assistant will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.

• Excellent computer and Excel skills 

• Professional and courteous disposition 

• Organized, meticulous, and gives attention to detail 

• Excellent communication and time management skills 

• Proficient with computer technology

• Distribute mail

• Distribute supplies to field staff

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

• Must have criminal background check 

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

• Maintaining confidentiality of patients

• Able to take directions and follow through in a timely manner.

• Must show initiative

• Must be a team player but also able to work independently

• Maintain office and medical supply inventory and reordering as necessary

• Must have good communication skills and have a good work ethic

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• All other duties as assigned
