HOMECARE SCHEDULER

• Scheduling visits by coordinating with Clients and Caregivers
• Address Client and Caregiver Concerns

Qualifications :

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and administrative staff.

Organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to deal with a high level of stress in a professional manner.

High Skill Level in the use of computers and smart phones.

Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities Include :

Schedule Home Care Visits by matching clients requested times and caregivers availability

Patiently deal with last minute changes in scheduling.

Participate in recruiting, screening, and hiring Caregivers

Maintain personnel files in compliance with agency policy

Assist new Caregivers with the application and hiring process.

Participate in Orientation of New Caregivers.

Answer new client inquiry phone calls and help with the intake process for new clients needing our services.

Supervise the work of Caregivers

Participate in employee evaluations.

Perform other administrative tasks, as assigned.

Skills Required :

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required.

Excellent customer service

Candidates should be Highly Organized, Professional & Motivated.

Candidate should be detail oriented

Great Computer and Smart Phone Skills

Able to work well independently & as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multitask & prioritize.
