Job Summary: This part-time position ensures accurate, efficient preparation and assignment of vehicle(s) to be sold via auction block (virtually and live in person) by an experienced auction house. The Auction Sale Coordinator verifies various states of readiness and preparation that complete a cycle of works (both mechanical and cosmetically) required to progress the vehicle to the auction block. This position may perform other duties remotely as identified for efficiencies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Liaising with buyers and vendors to ensure works are accomplished.
Assigning completed vehicles to their respective auction lanes
Verify vehicle run order to ensure appropriate vehicle is being keyed and sold.
Annotate known issues and other vehicle announcements to support buyer/auctioneer.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Driver's License required.
Effective communication skills required.
Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to remain focused and composed during fast-paced sale-day activities. Preferred
6 months - 1 year of clerical, office, and/or customer service work experience preferred, including ten-key and computer data entry.
