- Verify vehicle information– identify damage and verify visible condition of vehicle (i.e., interior, exterior, odometer reading, trunk area, engine compartment, modifications)
- Prepare and complete all necessary documentation.
- Perform basic mechanical checks on vehicles including powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components.
- Great attitude with a detailed focus on customer care to create a superior customer experience
- Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Motivated and ability to work with remote supervision
- Good organizational skills needed.
- Ability to multitask, follow directions and take instruction required
- Understanding of Baseline Inspections & vehicle grading
- Understand basic NAAA fraplus.tructure guidelines as well as common vehicle condition flaws and how to identify is a plus
- Working knowledge mechanical checks on vehicles including powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components, frame is a plus
- This role will require you to work outdoors up to 50% of the time
