GO Riteway Transportation is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Operations Professional to manage our commercial services operation.
This manager will need to have a strong background in customer or client service, as well as management, but does not need to come from a transportation background.
Strengths in logistics and operations are a plus!
The manager will have onsite responsibility for administrative and operational activities in the Commercial Contract Division;
including recruiting, managing dispatchers, porters, and drivers, and overseeing the commercial vehicle fleet. This position will be responsible for our UW Accessible Shuttle contract, Madison College Shuttle contract, Treasure Island Motor Coach shuttle contract, and Cambridge private ride services.
Compliance and safety regarding DOT regulations are important aspects of this role and the manager will be responsible for establishing and developing strategies that contribute to safe, on-time, and consistent service to all charter customers.

Highly computer literate.
Clean driving record and ability to obtain CDL license and Passenger endorsement (training and testing will provided).
