Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Duties:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets

- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends

- Create and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various channels

- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports to management

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data

- Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to potential customers - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability

- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed

Experience:

- Proven experience in inside sales, software sales, or business development

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software

- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive sales strategies

- Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is preferred

- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing effectively

Note: This is a paid position (BASE PAY Bonus). Internship positions are also compensated.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
