CALLING ALL PAY-PER-CLICK STRATEGISTS! We're looking for someone dedicated to developing and executing comprehensive SEM strategies for our diverse clientele. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professional experience in managing all aspects of advertising campaigns in Google, Microsoft, and other Programmatic Ads (including paid search landing pages)
• Expertise with Google Ads and Google Analytics advertising tools
• Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices
• Ability to develop effective advertising and copywriting strategies
• Basic knowledge of SEO will be an additional advantage
• Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI
• Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics
• Willingness to continuously improve and upgrade qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree (marketing or related field preferred, but we will consider a candidate with commensurate experience)
• Up-to-date certification in Search and Display Google Ads
• Tangible experience (2-4 years) in SEM with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns
• Knowledge of SEM best practices, including keyword research, quality scores, ad placements, etc.
• Excellent communication skills to convey campaign results, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders or team members
